Recruitment Assistant – Halifax

Contract:  Permanent

Salary:      Negotiable, depending on experience

Hours:       8:30am – 5:00pm (must be willing to work out of working hours when required)

We’re a busy Multi-Sector Agency based in the centre of Halifax looking to expand our team with a confident, hard working Recruitment Assistant.

Due to the nature of our industry, candidates will be expected to have a strong work ethic and be extremely driven.

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

• Advertising vacancies
• Cleansing database
• Updating adverts
• Resourcing
• Sales emails / calls
• Data Entry
• Collating payroll information
• Administration
• Answering phones
• Taking messages
• Dealing with post
• Updating social media
• Lead Generation
• Any other duties the Recruitment Manager deems necessary

The ideal candidate will be an individual looking to excel within the Recruitment Industry- you should be passionate, motivated and eager to learn.

Full training is provided and candidates from Recruitment, Admin or Sales backgrounds will all be considered. The position offers excellent future prospects into a 360 Consultant role and the opportunity to set up and run your own Desk.
