Part-time Administrator – Vacancy Centre, Halifax

Job type: Part time, temporary

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm 1-2 days per week

Salary: Meets National Minimum Wage

Location: HX1,Halifax

This role requires a Driving License.


  • Book meetings and schedule events
  • Order office stationery and supplies
  • Maintain internal databases
  • Maintain a filing system for data on customers
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Organise, store and print company documents as needed
  • Answer and redirect phone calls
  • Handle queries from managers and employees


  • Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
  • Use of Microsoft packages

Administration: 1 year
